Mount Everest in 3D - Experience the Trek to the summit

The Discovery channel has launched a new site "Everest Avalanche Tragedy" following the Khumbu Icefall Avalanche that happened on April 18th at Mt. Everest, which killed 13 people and left three Sherpas missing.


The best part of the site is that, you can experience the 3D trek to the Everest summit, sitting infornt of your computer. The trek starts from the base camp and ends at the Mt. Everest summit, from where you can see the breathtaking view of the Himalayas. Here are some snaps from the 3D trek.
