Nepal Telecom joins Facebook, Better Customer Support

Nepal's leading telecommunication company, Nepal Telecom (Nepal Doorsanchar company Limited) has launched the Facebook page, a few weeks back. The NT Facebook page will be used to disseminate information about Telecom's products and services. It will also act as a customer support center.


"Right now, the NT Facebook page is in a trial phase and soon it will be launched as an official page", says page description. Whatever, this is the only official Facebook page of Nepal Telecom, confirmed  the NT officials.

It's good to see, finally our Telecom giant is stepping into the social media space through the Facebook page. Currently the NT page has 2K+ likes while NT's direct competitor, Ncell (Private leading telecommunication company) has more than 400K likes on Facebook.
